Tamara is a Physiotherapist who believes in movement with purpose.

Originally from the Netherlands, Tamara has spent the last 8 years refining her clinical skills across both neurological rehab and high-level sport. With early placements in neurology and a fascination with human gait mechanics, she eventually turned her focus to performance and injury prevention. Her background in personal training and sports science led her to write evidence-based training frameworks for three professional football academies, focusing on ACL injury prevention in youth players. She also began working closely with young competitive gymnasts, merging clinical insight with athletic development.

Since then, Tamara has built a thriving physiotherapy practice in the Netherlands, while continuing to deepen her knowledge of climbing, strength coaching, and rehabilitation. She holds postgraduate qualifications in hand therapy and advanced expertise in managing sporting shoulder injuries. Her greatest joy is helping clients return to pain-free training with clarity and confidence.

Fun Facts:
Tamara is a passionate climber and can often be found on the wall or chasing problems with a focus that rivals her approach in clinic. Strength training is her second love — kettlebells, gym rings, deadlifts, you name it. Tamara speaks three languages, but is fluent in movement above all else.

Final Notes:

'I highly value education, curiosity and growth mindset as a therapist

It never gets easier, you just get better!'
