Marissa has competed in bodybuilding, Crossfit, powerlifting, running in her adult life, and soccer & running through teenage years.
Marissa has owned and operated a multimillion-dollar award-winning fine dining restaurant achieving a chefs hat in her first 12 months, and will never ever, do that again!
Marissa is extremely entrepreneurial; you will probably never hear her talk about it but has built 2 coffee shops, a 350-member Crossfit gym, an award-winning fine dining restaurant and a banging cocktail bar.
Marissa is obsessed with physiotherapy, health and fitness and most of all, helping people do the things they love, sometimes at her own demise.
Marissa works out every single day and knows she needs the gym, running or fitness in her life for her own mental health.
Marissa is also one of the most humble people you will meet, she will obsess over you and very rarely talk about herself, so I hope these little facts help!
