performance programs.

From working with teams and individuals in AFL, Rugby League & Union, trail and middle-distance running, MMA, ice hockey, powerlifting, and golf, Jason has supported athletes across both State and National settings.

Jason takes a performance-driven but practical approach to rehab, believing that injury management should extend beyond symptom relief and into building long-term resilience, strength, and movement confidence.

With 9 years of clinical experience as a Myotherapist, Jason has developed a strong foundation in functional anatomy and sports injury management, allowing him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance for both athletes and everyday movers.

Jason holds a Level 2 Strength & Conditioning certification (ASCA) and an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences (Osteopathy), and is currently undertaking a Masters in Physiotherapy at UTAS.
