Helen is an Exercise and Sport Scientist with a passion for helping people feel stronger, move confidently, and discover what they are capable of. Her coaching is encouraging and individualised, with a strong belief in meeting people where they’re at while giving them the confidence to push a little further - whether that’s lifting more than they thought they could, trying a new movement for the first time, or simply finding enjoyment in training.
She believes good coaching is about understanding the person in front of you, finding the right challenge, and creating an environment where people feel supported to push their limits and surprise themselves with what they can do.
