Ali is an Accredited Exercise and Sport Scientist with over 8 years of personal experience in the gym. He has a strong passion for strength training and helping people move better, feel stronger, and understand their bodies. He enjoys simplifying training and teaching others the value of building strength for long-term health and performance.
With a background in sport, Ali has spent over 10 years playing soccer, alongside involvement in AFL and cricket. He currently works with a National Premier League team as an Accredited Sports Trainer, supporting athletes to perform at their best while managing the demands of sport.
Ali is beginning his Physiotherapy studies in 2026, driven by his interest in bridging performance and injury management. He understands what it’s like to train through pain or setbacks and is passionate about helping people get out of pain, build confidence, and improve their quality of life.
Fun Facts:
Outside of work, you’ll find Ali training in grappling sports like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling, reading fiction, or watching his team, Collingwood, play.
