Tahlia holds both a Bachelor in Applied Science and a Master in Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University, Bendigo (2018). Her fitness journey began at the age of 15, and she has since embraced a diverse range of training styles including group HIIT, circuits, strength training, box-fit, Pilates, Crossfit, and running.
This broad foundation informs her strength-based approach to physiotherapy, integrating functional exercises with treatment to ensure comprehensive care.
Recently, Tahlia completed her first season in competitive bodybuilding, securing two state titles as swimsuit champion and placing top 4 in her divisions at a national level. This personal achievement fuels her passion for helping clients reach their goals while improving quality of life.
She is passionate about equipping her clients with sustainable, practical strategies for long-term health and wellness and will tailor this to the lifestyle you want to live.
