Gabi’s coaching blends a warm, welcoming style with a growing depth of knowledge from her studies in HPE and hands-on experience across Athletic Development and Strength and Conditioning. She has coached a wide range of age groups in both community and athletic pathways, working within various athletic development programs. From youth athletes learning fundamental movement skills to adults building long-term strength, Gabi helps people move better, build strength, and move freely.
Her approach is simple, clear, and supportive: focus on what matters, build confidence through good movement, and keep showing up.
